Frequently asked questions

The transparent original is automatically saved to My creations after background removal. Save color or composition changes as a new creation when you want to keep them. Downloading the current image alone does not add another creation.

Anything outside the canvas is cropped as shown in the preview. Use the restore action to bring the full subject back, then adjust its position and scale. Check that all needed edges and details are inside the canvas before exporting.

Some viewers display transparent areas against white. That does not necessarily mean the file has lost transparency. Confirm that you exported with a transparent background, then open the PNG in a viewer that can show transparent areas.
